2. Products We Sell

We sell collectibles, trading cards, retro games, related merchandise, foreign trading cards (including Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish editions), and unique sealed Japanese non-perishable food products. We plan to expand into retro TCGs and other related items in the future.

3. Orders & Payments

• We accept PayPal, debit/credit cards, and Apple Pay.

• Payments are taken at the time of order.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

• Orders are confirmed only when payment has cleared.

4. Delivery, Shipping & Insurance (UK Orders)

Planet Marz uses reliable postal and courier services, including Royal Mail and Evri, to ensure your order arrives safely.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method based on the value of their order and the level of insurance required.

Delivery Options & Coverage

• Standard Tracked – Insured for up to £20.

• Tracked 24 – Insured for up to £150. Recommended for items over £20.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery – Insured for up to £750. Recommended for items over £150.

If an order is shipped using a method that does not fully cover the item’s value, Planet Marz cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage exceeding the insured amount provided by the chosen postal service.

Once an item has been handed over to Royal Mail, Evri, or another courier, responsibility for delivery lies with that carrier. Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be made in line with the carrier’s insurance terms and timeframes.

International Orders

International deliveries are primarily shipped via FedEx. Insurance coverage and claims for overseas parcels are subject to FedEx’s policies and conditions.

4.1 Delivery Times & Delays

We aim to process and dispatch all UK orders promptly within 3 working days of the order. This does not include pre-sales or preorders, which will be dispatched according to the date specified at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Tracked: 3–5 working days

• Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day (subject to cut-off times)

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including postal service issues, public holidays, bank holidays, Christmas periods, or extreme weather conditions.

Planet Marz is not responsible for delays once an item has been handed over to the carrier. Customers are advised to select a tracked and insured shipping option for higher-value items.

5. Returns & Refunds

As required by UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

Returned Items Must Be:

• In the exact condition they were sent

• Unopened, unsealed, undamaged, and unchanged

Buyers must provide proof of any damages, missing items, or discrepancies (e.g., with a video documenting the opening of the parcel).

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

• As long as the website and services are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

13. Product Condition, Packaging & Fraud Prevention

New & Factory-Sealed Items

• All brand new and factory-sealed items are securely packaged.

• High-resolution photos and/or video are taken during packaging.

• Serial numbers and unique identifiers are recorded.

• Any fraudulent returns may be reported to eBay and law enforcement.

• Minor cosmetic imperfections on outer packaging are not considered defects.

• Factory variations (misprints, duplicates, missing cards) are not considered defects.

Used, Vintage & Retro Items

• Items are packaged securely and documented with photos/video.

• Age, wear, and cosmetic imperfections (creases, scuffs, scratches, fading) are normal and expected.

• Items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be mint or display-quality.

• Fraudulent returns will be reported.

All products are sourced from trusted distributors, collectors, or manufacturers. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
